As a Director of Esports, Mr. Olcen develops a respected Esports Team strategy in line with the Company’s brand that will attract investors and drive profits. Mr. Olcen is managing and developing team members, own tasks and tackling problems as part of a team, and applying creative solutions to grow Nova Esports.
